We manage your properties efficiently and effectively, providing exceptional service.

Our Property Management team’s main goal is to offer top-notch service to both our property owners and our guests. With our service, you will be in constant communication (as much as you want)  to keep you informed on all aspects of managing your property. We believe communication is a key component in this business. Jane has 25 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and combining our property management service with our Concierge business means we can offer your guests the ultimate vacation experience. This will make your property stand out from the competition with small extra touches, like welcome gift bags, coffee, and snacks, arranging special celebrations during your stay and more. When your guests feel special, they will want to return and recommend your property which will increase your revenue.

Did we mention our management rates are very competitive? Our services include setting up your listings and managing all reservations, scheduling and overseeing all maintenance and housekeeping.

We do inspections prior to arrivals and at departures as well as taking emergency calls from guests if a problem arises.

If you are in need of business services, whether it is a one-time task, weekly or monthly services, we’re here to help.

Have employee(s) out on leave and need temporary coverage? We can assist with that as well. A few of the services we offer include organizing/filing, data entry, answering phone calls, copying/mailing services, courier services, bill paying, internet research, and any other office needs.

For assistance with corporate services, we are available to help you with company events, we offer relocation & destination services. We offer help with settling-in services which is waiting on the cable installation, furniture deliveries and assisting you with packing/unpacking and all of those things you have to do when settling into a new place.

Hopefully, if you are vacationing in our beautiful area, you can relax and leave the details to us! We can: arrange your vacation rental (home or hotel), all types of tours including Ghost tours, River Boat tours & guided City tours (we even have our own fabulous personal-licensed tour guide!). We can secure tee times, spa appointments, tickets to events and dinner reservations.
