They saved me a 12 hour round trip drive to simply pick up a one page document. Saving the day with a quick hour or so turnaround to get the deed in my hands (email).

Many thanks to Jane and her exceptional team for our week on the island. Our daughter was getting married at the Tybee Chapel and we all lived outside of Georgia so we needed help in getting our week to go as we had hoped. Jane and Kim were excellent, they fully engaged with us to see our vision of what we needed, ran errands, helped get food out, shopped, helped us throw a surprise bridal shower in the brides home and overall took care of our home that saw about 60 people come through the door during that week. Everything that we asked of them was completed timely and cheerfully. I would highly recommend Jane and her team for any and all of your needs.

WOW--this company rocks! I needed someone to be present at my home to accept delivery of a piece of furniture. Jane did the job. She was super flexible with the delivery schedule, including the various changes made by the delivery company. She arrived right on time and kept in touch with me to let me know the progress. Jane even accommodated my request to open the package so I could be assured it was what was ordered and all pieces were present and accounted for I will definitely use Coastal Concierge again.

My mom celebrated her 60th birthday in Savannah with some friends and I wanted to surprise her with festive decorations at her birthday dinner. Jane was available to take care of all the decorations and dinner setup with only a 24-hour notice, and everything turned out absolutely perfect! I planned a girls weekend for some friends who had never been to Savannah. We planned to arrive around 7 on Friday but I really wanted to avoid the obligatory two hours of errand running on arrival. I found Jane’s information on the apartment website on FRIDAY morning and gave her a call. She answered the phone personally. I was still iffy because of the short time frame but she was so accommodating. I sent her a list around 10:30 for breakfast foods, snacks, wine and champagne. By 2:00, the apartment was stocked and I had an emailed receipt. You cannot imagine everyone’s delight when we walked into finding chilled wine, snacks nicely arranged in a basket on the counter, and cheeses in the refrigerator. As convenient and accommodating as it sounds, the reality of it is even better! 5 stars to the beginning of a perfect weekend.

I was the Maid of Honor for my girlfriend's bachelorette party. We were coming to Savannah from all over the country so no one knew the area. We had rented an Airbnb in downtown Savannah for the weekend and asked for Coastline Concierge's help getting house supplies for the weekend including food, paper supplies and liquor. Jane was SO HELPFUL! She made it so easy to coordinate, I just sent her a list of the items I wanted and it was delivered the day we got to the house.
